1. How do you do oil painting reproduction?
Customer provide photo or painting sample, we paint according to it. If
there is special requirement, please indicate and we will confirm if we can
satisfy you. After finishing, pictures will be taken for customer’s verification. If anything need to be
modified, we will correct until customer is satisfied.
2. What are the sizes of paintings you offer?
8X10", 12X16", 16X20", 20X24", 24x36, 24x48",
30x40", 36x48", 48x72", and other special size.
3. How do I place an order with you?
First visit our Product pages and choose catalogue you are interested. If
you can find right painting from our online picture data, you can tell us
Product No. of the painting and indicate the size you want . If you can not
find, you can send your picture either through email or physically send
painting sample to our address for painting.
4. How do you arrange shipment?
We can ship via air courier like TNT, UPS, FEDEX, DHL or your appointed
forwarders. We can also arrange sea shipment. Our company has export
authentication from local government and we have employees specializing in
dealing with customs clearance and logistics issue.
5. How is the payment term?
As soon as we receive 30% deposit, we will start painting. We need to
receive full payment before shipment is arranged. For now , we can accept
below payment methods:T/T; L/C at sight; Paypal if order amount is less
than 100USD; Western Union.If above is inconvenient for you, email to us
for further discussion to get a solution.
6. What's the minimum quantity you accepted?
No minimum quantity, but we offer a better price for wholesale and long
term business partners.
7. Can you frame the artworks for clients?
Yes, we can. If you would like to have the paintings stretched and framed in
China, you can choose to have painting framed well completely or just let
us provide you molding or stretch bar without mounting. This can help to
save materials and freight cost a lot.
8. How can you afford to sell your paintings at
these prices?
We supply paintings directly, no middleman. So no additional cost occur.
That is why we can offer competitive price. We want to do painting business
serious and run company continuously. After doing a lot of surveys, we set
our price at very reasonable level. We have our own oil painting workshops
in Xiamen, China. Our painters and artists are all with rich experience in
oil painting. They have at least 10 years of painting experience. And each
one focus on different subjects. This greatly ensures painting quality.
9. How if damage happen?
If damage caused by transportation, please take photo as soon as you
receive the shipment. We will replace product for you immediately. Please
report to us within 7 days immediately after shipment arrive you. If we do
not have report from you within 7 days after shipment arrive you, we will
assume shipment arrives you in good condition.
10. What is your delivery term?
Normally 20 days later upon payment receipt. Please check with us first, if
we already have it in stock, we can arrange immediately. If order is
urgent, we can specially handle it for you.
11. How do you pack the paintings?
Between each paintings, there is a thin plastic film. If paintings without
frame and in small size, we will roll them with pvc tube and use paper box.
If in big size, difficult to use paper box, we use air foam plastic to pack
outside.
